A solid working relationship with our service provider ensures that all our trucks can be reached and tracked 99% of the time. The tracking function is borderless and our trucks are visible, on-screen, all over Southern Africa. Our control room is staffed every hour of the day with well-trained controllers and schedulers.

We have a dedicated team of logistics controllers who are in constant communication with our drivers. Whenever possible, our drivers stick to main routes and toll roads to save time and cut down on truck wear-and-tear caused by sub-standard roads.

Because we keep close tabs on our trucks’ whereabouts and estimated times of arrival, customers can book their loads as late as a day in advance. We do our utmost to ensure that a truck is available to pick up your cargo – if it isn’t, we’ll make a plan to accommodate your transport needs.
